These days, Rūta Urbanienė, Head of the Personnel Department, and Lina Nuobarienė, Head of the Communications and International Relations Department at the National Audit Office, participate in the kick off meeting of Activity on Human Resources (HR) Management taking place in Luxembourg.
An event organised at the initiative of the European Court of Auditors brought together HR managers from SAIs of various EU countries to discuss the key HR challenges and future trends.
During the meeting, significant attention is being paid to generational shift in the labour market, attracting and retaining talent, competence development, digital transformation, and the artificial intelligence in HR. Participants also discuss how SAIs can remain attractive and competitive employers in a rapidly changing labour market.
The event features presentations on the latest international HR trends, as well as practical discussions in breakout groups to share best practices and find common solutions to the most pressing HR challenges facing organisations.
Participation in this meeting provides an opportunity not only to learn about the most advanced HR management practices but also to strengthen international cooperation and exchange experiences with representatives of other European supreme audit institutions..
